hempstead firetruck accident 1930's

This series of photos is of an accident between two Hempstead rigs, sometime in the mid-30's. The Ahrens-Fox is from Union Eng. Co.2. The combination chemical & hose appears to be an early Mack AB (not 100% sure) and I cannot I.D. the Hempstead company that it's from.
If anyone can add any information about this incident....please share it.
